If you are new to the Ellenton area please speak to our Adult Hockey Director, Zach before signing up. Zach can point you in the right direction, let you know how full each league is and if there is room as well as give a detailed idea of the level of each league. He is very knowledgeable about the game, our teams and is on a first name basis with our players.

  4. Accept the waiver
  5. Select ‘Pay in Full’ or ‘Automatic Payment Schedule’
  6. Click ‘Add to Cart’
  7. Fill out payment information. If you would like a receipt, please see the front desk and they can print one for you.

*If you would like to pay at the front desk, you must pay in full and there will be a $15 convenience fee added.

D League

This league is for players who are just starting out. If you have always wanted to play hockey, but didn’t know how to get started, begin with Tony’s Clinic and then move up to the D League.

  • League Length: 16 Weeks includes playoffs
  • End date: August 15th includes playoffs
  • Game Times are approximate and depend on amount of Teams: 3:15pm, 4:30pm & 6:30pm
  • Days we don’t host Sunday games: 5/9, 5/30, & 7/4
  • Individual Fee: $355 including tax
  • Payment Plan – Must sign up online! 
    • April 11th $200
    • May 2nd $155

C League

A mixture of mid-level players seeking more competition than the D League. Typically players in this league may have played a few years in their youth at the rec level or started out as an adult, but have been playing for a year or more.

  • Day: Sunday
  • Start Date: April 11th
  • League Length: 16 Weeks includes playoffs
  • End date: August 15th includes playoffs
  • Game Times are approximate and depend on amount of Teams: 4:00pm, 5:15pm, & 7:00pm
  • Days we don’t host Sunday games: 5/9, 5/30, & 7/4
  • Individual Fee: $355 including tax
  • Payment Plan – Must sign up online! 
    • April 11th $200
    • May 2nd $155

B League

A mixture of mid-level to high-level players seeking more competition than the C League. Typically players in this league may have played travel hockey in their youth.

  • Day: Sunday
  • Start Date: April 11th
  • League Length: 16 Weeks includes playoffs
  • End date: August 15th includes playoffs
  • Game Times are approximate and depend on amount of Teams: 8:15pm & 9:30pm
  • Days we don’t host Sunday games: 5/9, 5/30, & 7/4
  • Individual Fee: $355 including tax
  • Payment Plan – Must sign up online! 
    • April 11th $200
    • May 2nd $155

45+CD Lower Draft League

45+ Lower division is for players who are intermediate to lower level players and are 40 years of age or older. Must be 44 by May 7th. 1st payment guarantees placement on a team!

  • Day: Sunday
  • Start Date: May 2nd
  • League Length: 13 Weeks includes playoffs
  • End date: August 15th includes playoffs
  • Game Times are approximate and depend on amount of Teams: 6:30pm & 7:45pm
  • Days we don’t host Sunday games: 5/9, 5/30, & 7/4
  • Fee Amount TBD based on numbers

40+ A League

The 40+ Upper division is for players 40 years of age or older who are at the A and or B level.

  • Day: Monday
  • Start Date: April 26th
  • League Length: 14 Weeks includes playoffs
  • End date: August 9th includes playoffs
  • Game Times are approximate and depend on amount of Teams: 8:30pm & 9:45pm
  • Days we don’t host Sunday games: 5/31 & 7/5
  • Individual Fee $310 including tax
  • Payment Plan – Must sign up online!
    • April 26th $200
    • May 17th $110

40+CD Lower Draft League

40+ Lower division is for players who are intermediate to lower level players and are 40 years of age or older. Must be 39 by May 7th.

  • Day: Tuesday
  • Start Date: April 27th
  • League Length: 16 Weeks includes playoffs
  • End date: August 10th
  • Game Times are approximate and depend on amount of Teams: 8pm, 8:15pm, 9:15pm, & 9:30pm
  • Day we don’t host games: N/A
  • Fee Amount TBD based on numbers

A/B

A mixture of mid-level to high-level players seeking more competition than the C League. Typically players in this league may have played travel hockey in their youth.

  • Day: Wednesday
  • Start Date: April 21st
  • League Length: 18 Weeks includes playoffs
  • End date: August 18th includes playoffs
  • Game Times are approximate and depend on amount of Teams: 8:15pm & 9:30pm
  • Days we don’t host Sunday games: N/A
  • Individual Fee: $398 including tax
  • Payment Plan – Must sign up online! 
    • April 21st $175
    • May 5th $123
    • May 26h $100

League Rules 

All USA Hockey Rules must be followed and will be enforced!

All players must have current USA Hockey Membership. USA Hockey Membership expires August 31 so all participants including subs must submit their USA Hockey before their first game of the season.

Games

  • Must be 18 to play in an Adult Hockey League
  • 2 USA Hockey Certified Refs are scheduled for each game
  • 1 hr allotted to each game. includes warm up
  • 3 Periods
  • 12 Minute stop time
  • 2 Minute penalties
  • All USA Hockey rules apply
  • Teams with 50 minutes or more in penalties within one season will NOT be eligible for Playoffs.

Overtime

  • 5 Minute run time
  • 4 on 4 Sudden death
  • If the game is not resolved at the end of 5 minutes run time there will be a 3 player shoot out. Game is over after shootout no matter what.

Subs

  • Subs must be USA Hockey Members and must turn paper version with bar code into reception prior to game
  • Teams can sub up to the same amount of players the opposing team has that game
  • All Subs will pay $10 at the front desk
  • Subs must give receipt to score keeper or team forfeits game
  • Subs must be approved by opposing team’s Captain or team forfeits

Playoffs

  • 4 Teams
    • 1 vs 4
    • 2 vs 3
    • Winner of 1 vs 4 plays winner of 2 vs 3
    • Second game will be made up of consolation players
  • 5 Teams
    • 4th and 5th place teams will play an elimination game. Winner will take 4th seed in the Playoffs
    • Playoffs will continue like a 4 team Playoff
  • 6 Teams
    • Week 1
      • 1st and 2nd in points play consolation game
      • 3 vs 6
      • 4 vs 5
    • Week 2
      • Winner of 3 vs 6 plays ______________________
      • Winner of 4 vs 5 plays ______________________
      • Consolation game for other teams
    • Week 3
      • Championship Game
      • Loser of 3 vs 6 and 2nd place plays loser of the 4 vs 5 and 1st place
      • Consolation game of remaining players
