Ellenton Ice and Sports complex is the home to one of Florida’s most diverse and successful skating schools.

We offer programs that cater to the youngest beginner, the adult skater, and of course the advanced competitor. Our world class staff of coaches have on and off ice classes that range from Personal Fitness Training, Off Ice Dance, Jump Technique, our Basic Skills Learn to Skate Program and our own special Advanced Freeskate Class. We have a full range of coaches that are all certified and up to date with the latest techniques in order to provide the best education to our skaters.

Ellenton Ice and Sports Complex is the home of the 2010 Winter Olympic Pair Teams and their award winning coaches. Our school boasts over a decade of National and International Champions and is continuing to build on past success with a new generation of young skaters ready to carry on our proud tradition of excellence.

“Broadway On Ice” is open for ALL Skate Academy members to participate in including our adult skaters, Snow Plow Sam and all beginner basic levels!



  • $150 – Early Bird Deadline is February 13th
  • Early bird discount will apply at the check out.
  • $170 – Regular fee after February 13th
  • Registration deadline is February 21st
  • Adult Skaters – you will register at the front desk!
**This fee is non refundable and covers all the ice time for all show practices,

rehearsals, shows, and a costume.

In addition to weekly practices all cast members will participate in two mandatory full show rehearsals:
TECH RUN – Wednesday, Jun 1st 5:45pm-7:00pm

DRESS REHEARSAL – Friday, June 3rd 5:45pm-7:00pm


The skaters are placed in a show group according to their skate academy class level at the moment of registration. When registering, please list your skater’s current academy level. For example, if your skater is in Basic 5 academy class write Basic 5 level in spring show skating level box. Each participant’s level will be verified and if needed adjusted accordingly prior to finalizing show groups. If you are unsure of what level you should sign up for, please contact Shannon at!

Each skater is required to skate in both shows.

Skaters are required to attend all scheduled practices and rehearsals stated above. If a practice needs to be missed due to illness or vacation, the practice instructor needs to be notified in advance. Skaters with poor attendance will be dropped from the show and refunds or credit will not be given.

Each skater is required to participate in both the Tech Run and Full Dress Rehearsal. Failure to participate will result in dismissal from show with no refund given.


This show will feature ice level seating! Tickets will be available for purchase starting in April. The shows usually sell out so speak with family and friends and purchase tickets EARLY.
